Training Package Information:

- Choice of 3, 4, 5, or 6 day split programmed in 4 week blocks

- Check-ins will include training performance weekly
- Programs will be adjusted as necessary
- You must understand how to accurately track your food intake
- Use of MyFitnessPal or a similar macro tracking program
- Own a food scale to accurately track food intake
- Own an accurate bathroom scale to track weight progress
- It is your responsibility to contact me with your weekly check-ins
- It is your responsibility track your macros and weight HONESTLY
- You must be honest with any cheats you have or mistakes you make so I can make accurate adjustments
